Rachel Farren serves as PTO President at The Courage School, where she is passionate about building community, fostering connection, and helping families feel engaged and valued. She is the proud wife of James and mom to three children—Bella (10), Lily (7), and Charlie (2.5). Alongside her leadership role at the school, Rachel balances a thriving career as a full-time Realtor. Known for her positive energy, collaborative spirit, and heart for service, she brings creativity and dedication to everything she does, whether organizing initiatives for students, supporting teachers, or cheering on her own children in their pursuits. Rachel’s professional background in real estate has honed her skills in communication, organization, and relationship-building—qualities she now channels into creating meaningful experiences for the Courage School community.
